3010
R.I. District 3010 comprising of the National Capital Territory of
Delhi, the revenue districts of Faridabad, Gurgaon, Rohtak, Revari, Sonipat and
Mohindergardh in Haryana, Ghaziabad, Gautam Buth Nagar in U. P. came into being
on July 1,1984 with 30 clubs as R.I. District 301.
It was renumbered 3010 in R.Y. 1991-92. The first club in this region, the
Delhi , was started in 1938 and received its charter on January 18, 1938. By
1970, seven (7) more new clubs had been formed in the region. The 70s saw
significant growth, and by July 1,1984, there were thirty nine (39) clubs in
the district. At present there are 125 clubs, with about 5000 Rotarians.

Born on 16th September 1968, Rotarian Asit belongs to a family of Rotarians: he
is the son of Rotarian Dr. K.C. Mittal, PDG(1993-1994) of RI District 3100. He
had been a Rotractor of RI Distt 3100. Asit has been a part of Rotary Club of
Noida Central since 1997 and has served the club with enthusiasm, dedication
and has put true efforts in various capacities. As a part of Rotary, Asit
served the club as President in 2003-2004. He actively is a part of District
organizing Committee of PETS, SETS, Distt. Assembly/Conference. Etc..
